Kelly is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Kelly is passionate about wellness for her students of yoga, as well as her patients in her 'other job' as a physician.   Her primary goal in teaching yoga is to share the gift of GRACE for others and to teach others the practice of self-compassion.  She feels strongly that yoga can work for ALL body types.

Kelly believes GRACE YOGA will build a Community of Wellness--where practitioners can move with asana (poses) and experience stillness in the mind.

Kelly received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Brooke Hamblet Teacher Training School in Forth Worth, TX (Indigo Yoga).  She has completed Outreach Training through Indigo Yoga.

Tyler started going to yoga for the physical benefits (i.e. it's great workout!), but then fell in love with the sense of peace she left with after each class.

Rebekah is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Rebekah discovered Yoga in 2014 after a friend (who spent 7 years trying to talk her into trying yoga) invited her to attend a class.  After that first yoga experience, Rebekah was hooked!  Rebekah works as a pediatric cardiac intensive care nurse.  She encourages many types of self-care, with yoga being the primary form. She believes yoga is not about being able to twist one’s body like a contortionist, but rather it is about THE BREATH.  Rebekah believes yoga is for every ‘BODY’.

Courtney, 200hr-RYT

Courtney is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Courtney started going to yoga in 2014 at the suggestion of a coworker, kept going back for the workout, and keeps going back--not just for the ongoing physical benefits (and there are many!), but for the clarity, focus, and presence that have come for her as a result of the physical practice.

Courtney grew up showing horses and spent 3 years on Texas A&M's Equestrian Team, and she still carries that passion.  Her yoga practice has given her the ability to hop on and effectively partner with her horse, even though she spends her working hours these days jockeying a desk as a CPA.

Courtney received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Brooke Hamblet Teacher Training School in Fort Worth, TX (Indigo Yoga) in 2018.  She has completed Outreach Training and Assisting II through Indigo Yoga.

Linda's yoga practice began in 1999 as a way to compliment other physical activities. She experienced a sense of peace, calm, and connection she had never felt--a merging of strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

"Having a consistent yoga practice teaches me to have compassion for myself and for others.

I strive to create a nurturing environment to bring improved health, happiness, and well-being into the lives of those in our community."

Linda completed a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program in Addison, Texas in October 2012 and became a registered member of Yoga Alliance.  She has completed additional training:  2015 - REWIND Senior Yoga Training 20 hours ; 2015 - Yoga is my Health Insurance 10 hours; 2015 - Pranayama and Meditation 50 hours; 2018 - The Foundations of Yin Yoga 20 hours; 2018 - Keys to Health and Happiness with Ayurveda and Yoga 14 hours.
